The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance, as the coordinator of EDIH Kyiv HiTech since 2022, has provided services to more than 60 SMEs in such missions.

Management Support
Digital transformation is impossible without the involvement of the owner, director, or top management. We work only with companies where management is ready to support change.
Designation of an internal team
To participate, the company must designate a coordinator and several key specialists responsible for implementing the changes.
Openness to assessment and strategy development
Participants agree to undergo a digital maturity assessment, participate in interviews and audits, and jointly define development priorities.
Willingness to make joint investments in development
The program’s core services are funded by the EU. However, certain services may require co-funding – such as in-depth audits, engineering studies, prototyping, and so on.
